Title Plans

We are able to provide Title Plans for properties which are Land Registry Compliant and conform to HM Land Registry (practice guide 40).

A Title Plan is required when a property is first registered or when it is transferred, but also if the property is divided – ie for development.

Many properties are unregistered which can cause boundary issues that only become evident when the property is sold.

We will discuss requirements and inspect the area to be mapped with prompt delivery of a compliant plan.

Prices for this service start from £300.00 plus VAT.
